PLACE FOR MIDDLE AGE NEWBORNS

This wise willow mother cooled my heated head
with her water smelling breath to pacify.
She covered my shoulders with her graceful fingers to encourage.
She smiled what I told her to bless.
She is still there, near to my house to show love,
and I am in my basset
ready to listen to my very first lullaby.

WHEN "ME" LISTEN TO SILENCE IN THE MORNING

“Everything is exactly how it should have to be” assured Life.
“Almost. Are you sure I dreamt Everthing as what it has happened?” asked Me.
“No. It’s not about something that you have dreamt, it’s about how it should have to be”
Me heard stomach rumble, rather than words.
“So who writes the scenario? Me or you?” worried Me.
“Don’t be ridiculous! I am already you.”
“And others. You don’t have only my dreams to count.” added Me.
“That’s right and as you.”
Life giggled triumphantly.
Me heard silence, rather than an answer.

SYNTHETIC SOLUTIONS

Deeming to a sinister weather in a Sunday which supposed to be sunny,
A blond woman hoped an instant transformation on sulky moods.
Putting a red head over her body,
She has approved a synthetic solution is not enough for a day long joy.

TO MY VISITORS

I see you.

I smell grass freshly cut.

And ssssh!

I hear what you think.

Even

I am a forsaken stone from my ear

landed over a hill.

TRUTH IS A WET BLANKET ON HIDE-AND-SEEK

Suppose

Distance makes closer,

Love is a painkiller,

Ears are eyes to believe,

And

You are looking for the truth…

You could hear its rhythmic breath from your shoulder ushering:

“I am here”

PLEASE, JUMP OUT!

This is the last stop of the bus carrying

“Judged to be judgmental” passengers.

Please, jump out and feel free to clear up

the charges sticked to your wet body.

Sunday, July 25, 2010

I am.

Past is death fingers on naked shoulders.

Future is kaleidoscopic stones on crabgrass laying under heels.

Now is a speechless bird in the chest.

I am on my way.

WHERE DO THEY GO FLOODING MEMORIES?

Neither brains nor hearts are dignified enough to curtsy memories.

They found their place in a glass vase:

A red rose from my childhood which decorated for years our modest single room apartment,

Colourful marbles touched my lovely grand-mother fingers in our “Marble Tournament”,

and the finest sands from the “Kaputaş beach” in our latest summer trip in Mediterranean coast.

They are sharing and laughing days and nights.
